Quality at the source
The foundries we work with run spectrometer analysis on every furnace lot, take casting samples each shift, and carry out microstructure, hardness, ultrasonic and contour checks — with pin-hole gauging for a tight pin-to-bore fit. We select suppliers on that discipline.
